TROUBLESHOOTING
Some computer problems have no solution because they are bugs and only the software developer can fix them. However, most computer problems have nothing to do with bugs.
No matter what the problem is, I am usually able to help you in some way. If it's a hardware problem, I may not be able to fix it, but I can tell you what you need to do to fix it. If it's a software problem, chances are I'll be able to find the solution or a way around it (especially if it's a bug).
You can also call me if you are stuck and can't do what you want to do or for any computer related situation where you need help.
In any case, if I am unable to help you in any way, I will reimburse you by bank transfer the amount of $35 that you transferred to me at the beginning of the call or of my visit.
REMOTE OR IN-PERSON ASSISTANCE
If you live within walking distance, I can come to you. If necessary, I can also receive you at my apartment. Normally, however, the assistance is done remotely using AnyDesk software. It is free, easy to install, and secure. I invite you to download it before calling me. If needed, I will guide you through the installation, as there are options to activate in Preferences/System Settings.
